"It was ok. I stay in hotels a lot and I feel this hotel should only charge people $60 per night definitely not $115 per"

I couldn’t cancel my last days stay online in time so I got charged for a day that I couldn’t stay Booking. Com wouldn’t refund my money nor would the days in property

"Considering the odor and the broken machines, the room was fairly priced."

Breakfast was good. Bed and bathroom were clean.

Hallway and room had a serious unpleasant odor. Two ice machines and 2 vending machines, all OUT OF ORDER. Would really help if the front desk staff spoke better English.

The breakfast needs to have a more variety of foods. I like the location of the hotel. It was very easy to find.

Better breakfast and better big towels. I had to dry off with a smaller towel because the big towels would not absorb water. All the clutter around the hotel.

"I am not staying there ever again"

dirty walls in the bathroom. The toilet flushes poorly.

The staff member at the desk gave me a card with the wrong number-239- written on it. When I came back from that room to check why the room had a dog in it, he acted like it was my fault. He did apologize, but then kept talking like it was something I had done wrong.

Out of plastic forks/had to eat with plastic spoon. ran out of milk/didn't refill. No blanket for bed, only topper. Room was clean, orderly however small but comfortable, bath was spotless. However I was pleased with the facility and will definately stay there again.
