Holiday Inn Express - Minneapolis West - Plymouth by IHG

Convenient location. The night clerk on Friday 10/3/35 was not very pleasant-when asked a question, she either ignored the question or replied she “didn’t know” to my questions. My second day/night, Tanisha was the manager. She was very nice and friendly. She was always helpful and accommodating. She worked nearly 24 hours but she never looked tired or exasperated like I would be. I felt bad for her and I brought her back something to eat when I got dinner for myself. Tanisha was, in my opinion, a very good manager.

We thought the pictures looked good. Our bathroom was so old and dingy. There was a ridiculous amount of pealing paint and grout and half patched walls in the bathroom. Holiday inn should be embarrassed to own the property.

Our stay was excellent, the staff, perfect! the only complaint was the coffee machine was not working and as a trucker I love my coffee! lol Overall we would recommend this hotel here to anybody staying in the area

The room is nice and modern and very clean.

We’ve stayed here many times over the years snd always been satisfied, The room was nice but the people next door were very loud. They had small children who were very loud. I understand that but they were constantly slamming the door over 20 plus times. It was 10 at night. The front desk lady was very nice and called them and went and talked to them. It didn’t help. We finally left and went to a different hotel. We lost out money for that night. We’re over 79 with health problems so looking for another hotel at 10 wasn’t good. Once again the front desk person felt bad and did all she could.
