Upon arrival we were sent to two different rooms that had people staying in them when we finally got the room that we were able to go in the bathroom smelled like s*** it was really bad sewage smell and around 1:00 a.m. we were having someone knock on the door the rooms were not clean the chairs were disgusting the beds were broken down these rooms should be better than that for $200 a night

My stay at the Ramada hotel was terrible. I chose this hotel because I have a 4-year-old daughter, and she wanted to swim in the pool. I stayed at the hotel for three days. The weather was very hot, although it rained during parts of the day, not the entire day. However, they did not allow my daughter to use the pool on any of the days. The room was extremely dusty because of the carpet, and both my daughter’s and my wife’s allergies were triggered. The breakfast was awful. The man working at the front area — I do not know his nationality — placed frozen food directly into the chafing dishes. This same man was also the one who would not allow my daughter into the pool. To make matters worse, there was a used cotton swab on the floor of the room. Because of all of this, my experience was a complete disappointment. Zero rating.
