Very convenient location and decent room

Motel under renovation. No big deal but to get to our room we had to step around plastic wrapping (which we were warned about). But I think the room had been recently painted as well and still has some lingering fumes.

There was mold on the walls, sheets and comforter were stained and the lock on the door did not work. There were people in the parking lot fighting and openly using drugs. I refused to stay here and the property never gave my money back.

"Not a family friendly location"

Unfortunately this location was not appealing. At first glance it seemed cozy and welcoming but after check-in it became uncomfortable. Walk ways are used as front porches with unsavory guest. Drug use and fighting occurred during our downsized to 1 night stay. We were able to find other accommodations that were a more family friendly option.

The location was only 2.5 miles away from our event. The place was very clean and cozy.

The room did not have Starz, No HBO.
