"It was ok"

The place looked nice walking in

Our room was not cleaned very well there was a crushed creamer on the floor by the bed and nasty fake eye lashes on the door stop in the bathroom

Excellent coffee

You need a better system for the purchasing of the snacks downstairs. I was waiting for a manager in the late afternoon and he got very upset with me when I went to the back so I could pay he told me “you can’t come back here “and then told him I’ve been waiting here for a while.

No idea.

I wasn't sure what time breakfast was served. Perhaps I missed the stated times at check in. Breakfast is served at 6:30a.m.-10:00 a.m. I, and a few other guests, were in the lobby about 6:15 dismayed to find there was no breakfast ready. We all wanted to get on the road. Unfortunately, I felt I did not get my money's worth due to my own desire to "get on the road". Please ask staff to be sure their guests are fully away of the start time for breakfast. Thank you.
