Sub Par Hotel - Stay Somewhere else. Broken Toilet, Dirty fixtures, Rude Management. We had a botched reservation. We were asked to rebook and that a refund would be provided on the messed up reservation. The hotel ended up charging us twice. Upon getting up to the room, the toilet in 222 was not properly seated and toilet water leaked from the seal onto my pants. The staff was generally polite, the manager I spoke with was an absolute rude A hole that just wants to juice you for money. Absolute poor customer service and lack of care if you are a repeat customer. I have stayed at this location at least 4 times in the last two years and I will not be returning based off of getting charged twice for a room that had issues. Prior visits felt reasonable, but this visit the lobby felt dirty, the atmosphere felt dangerous and the walls are paper thin, you can hear people partying in other rooms. There is poor service in terms of available water, ice buckets, breakfast, or anything that a normal Holiday Inn Express has. Stay at your own risk.
