Strange smell in the room, supposedly a non smoking room. Don't think so. The heat was off when I entered the room as soon as I put the heat on it took hours to get even remotely warm. It didn't help that there was literally a snowstorm happening outside.

"Disappointing experience — I would not stay here again."

The location was convenient, and the check-in process was quick.

The room was not clean and had a strong smell of cigarettes. The hotel overall looked dirty and poorly maintained. The staff was not very professional, and when we laid down on the bed, we started to feel itchy, which made us very uncomfortable — it even made me think there could be bed bugs.
