Location is good

I booked a deluxe room as mentioned on the hotel’s website, but in reality, it was just a normal-sized room without any special features. The room description was not clear and did not match what was promised online. Even the food menu was disappointing, as many of the listed items were not available. Overall, the experience was not satisfying

The hotel is near Chandigarh's main attractions.

The staff does not speak much english and they are not helpful at all. The room was freezing and they only got for us a broken heater to spend the night. Internet does not work well at the property. The bathroom had a terrible smell and water was mostly cold.
