Hotel położony bardzo blisko bulwaru Malecon, Obecna klimatyzacja w sypialniach, pokoje w apartamencie przestronne. Jak na krótki pobyt i tylko noclegi to jest ok.

Łazienka pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Stare rozpadające się szafki, brak suszarki do włosów, kuchnia przy apartamencie słabo wyposażona w sztućce i naczynia, brak telewizora w części wspólnej, ale obecy w sypialniach, Słabe śniadania.
