We are disappointed with the stay and would not likely return. As frequent travelers for business and pleasure we did not expect the following; Lumpy mattress Inability for wifi to support casting to TV Tray service fees for room service Dirty marks on the ceiling (as if someone had scuffed the ceiling with their shoes) Minbar and complimentary tea & coffee not replenished Mould in the sink and shower Dirty entrance (doorway & carpets) Outdated technology (alarm clocks), no ports for chargers Dirty sheets (not changed during our stay) Only one out of all the reception staff with a pleasant customer focus… keep that up young lady it was encouraging! Back in Sydney in 3 wks but choosing somewhere else to stay.😢

Airport hotel, very convenient. Arrived late, at night, manager on duty very nice. Breakfast served until 10 am, but staff started clearing the food away just after 9.30 am. We were very tired due to late flight. Member of staff was grumpy, when I asked for milk, which had been cleared away. Very rushed breakfast, and uncomfortable.
