Staff are friendly and accommodating. This is a great boutique hotel if you’re on a budget. Breakfast is fairly basic but facilities are kept clean and the staff are wonderful

Nothing, we love this hotel. Definitely the best value for money in Tallahassee!!

The shower is the best. Excellent water pressure.

There was a wasp in my room and when i called to front desk they didn't have a fly swatter but offered me a can of spray. I declined because i didn't want to have to smell the spray all night. I eventually killed the wasp.

"Don't wash carpets in rooms you've booked out..."

Clean, simple. Except for dirty showers.

They decided to wash the carpets the morning we checked in (checking in at 6pm) meaning the entire day and into the next day the carpets were soaking wet. Very uncomfortable on my feet. And as it started to dry the next day, it was extremely humid in the room. Like getting out of a sauna constantly.
