"The hotel is not clean. It’s smell"

The room has no tv. It’s smell. The tub water is not going down good. On the night we stay there a few people knock the door at midnight just for fun and laughs then ran away

The elevator is not working. It’s confusing to find the room.

No elevator staff was offensive and rude and the appearance was condemned

The owner came down for my complaint and said that if the party was to loud that I could move rooms or leave and not get my money back at 10pm
