They need sightly wider bench space around sink in bathroom for toiletries bags..

Booked a King Room and Upgraded to a refurbed room with thanks. Pity the upgrade didn’t include double glazed windows and doors that close correctly. Was positioned in rooms upstairs facing Highway. The noise was horrendous. Apart from that next to a stairwell so every room has to walk past mine at all hours. Wouldn’t it make more sense to allocate a one night stay to a downstairs room and longer stays upstairs.

Staff were okay, gather they are all new to the industry as they all seemed “cold” and robotic.

Good lighting. Good location. Thick walls so can’t hear neighbours.

Good lighting but no privacy if I open the window. Very smelly bathroom. Staff were unhelpful. Terrible white lights, no ambience inside room.

Tiny, dark shower recess As colleagues, Slept in 2 single but had we been a couple the main bed was jammed in corner Window view was back of next property's shed
