Room was very clean but it was set up for 3 people & the tea/coffee etc were somewhat lacking. No shower cap, or body moisturizer

Booked on evening that I needed that night. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was lovely had bath and shower they provided everything I needed.

No staff when I rang dining room bell to tell me where I could eat so ended up joining a coach tour group

Staff were welcoming. Ideal carpark situated under the Hotel for a reasonable price. Comfortable bed and spacious room, large tv. We used the 'refresh' door hanger to replace used towels, tea/coffee etc and came back to find a hot chocolate sachet tucked into my daughters bunny soft toy. Was a lovely little surprise. Great check out time of 12pm which is later than most Hotels. Restaurant was lovely and food was delicious.

Fridge didn't keep items very cold. We found some items in the cupboard that had been left by a previous visitor. We were woken by banging doors on Sunday. The floor we were staying on had a very peculiar smell compared to others.
