Extended Stay of Charleston

The hotel was disgusting. We arrived late at night so we had to stay there for one night. We contacted hotels.com that night and told them we needed to cancel our next two nights. They then proceeded to not refund the next two nights that we canceled. Extremely disappointed and will not be using hotels.com again.

The size of the room, floor layout and price is all I can say good

It appears that there are illegal activities that take place in the parking lot all hours of the day and night and right by the hotel office, so obviously, they allow this to take place. Pool was nasty, room was not completely clean, husband had to unclog toilet, microwave was burned out (the front desk was kind enough to allow us to use microwave in the lobby at least) and breakfast, well I paid for a room that was spacious and allowed the kids a swim and breakfast. Spacious, yes, just not clean and safe. Pool, as mentioned, was gross, and then kids don't even get breakfast the next morning either as everything was pulled an hour early. Won't stay here again

The staff was helpful and kind. I had no issues, and it was more spacious than i expected. It was a pretty good deal for the price.

The rooms were spacious and much nicer than you would expect for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It was ok away from home kind of deal

The insects in your room I had to bomb the place to get the insects out everything else the room had a kind of smell to it bleach the floor and release the sink and have a good smell in the room you're perfect they had clean linen it just the floor is all sticky

The room was very dirty, most ppl were friendly except one lady who i believed ran the place
