"Never Again"

Old and dirty. Would not use shower, disgusting. Pillows the size of toddlers, and just as flat. Blanket disgusting, sheets seemed cleaned.

"Don't recommend it, but the manager was understanding"

I didn't stay at the hotel. The reason why is because it had bed bugs, and I made a video to show the manager and to show there was a hole in the wall. The company didn't make a big fuss once I showed the evidence they canceled my reservation, and they gave me my full refund back.

"Awful"

I didn't like anything. The first room we were given the plaster on the bathroom ceiling was falling down. We asked to be moved. We were then moved to another room and when we got there the door was open and the floor was wet. There was a small heater/blower on the table I'm assuming to absorb the water that seemed to be coming out of the air vent in the ceiling. There were double beds one had stained sheets and the other had someones hair all over the sheets. My husband and I bought sheets from Walmart and Lysol to be able to use the hair covered bed. The bathroom air vent above the toilet was missing and you could see into the ceiling. There were 2 TVs with no remotes. My husband had to go to the front desk to ask and he was really rude. He returned with the remotes to find neither worked for either TV. He returned to the front desk and asked for batteries and the front desk rep was again rude. We finally got the TV in the living room area working and had to move it to the bed area to watch in bed. The towels were gross and stained the refrigerator was dirty inside the bathtub was stained and disgusting. I did not shower in the room and I did not sit on the toilet seat.

Nothing good to say about this location, business, or rooms.

The room was filthy, mold on mattress and curtains, blood splatter on wall, door damaged or not able fully secure, the location was terrible, haven't received a full refund.
