"The worst stay in my life"

The hotel staff did not provide what was mentioned in my booking. The room had no large bed, no breakfast, and no Wi-Fi as it is mentioned on the booking, and they overcharged me 1000 Tenge more. They are cheaters. I don't recommend anyone book this hotel blindly. It doesn't deserve your money. Better choose hotels in the center.

"Good budget option if you plan to spent more time visiting city than in hotel"

Quality/Value rate, very good breakfast, comfy beds, nice staff, coffee/tea available 24/7 in the dining area.

Lack of Wi-Fi in all rooms in the building adjacent to the one with reception, some rooms in this building are really dim (windows front onto a wall)

The swimming pool is actually a pool. Definitely you will not be able to swim there. There’s only one small fridge for all budget rooms.
