"A view from the balcony, in Romeoville"

We love the staff and stay at this location. Must say that a bit more signage and direction would help a little bit, was a little difficult to locate the lobby as the building is surrounded by 2 other hotels that overwhelmed our sense. Overall it's been a 10 out of 10 for us.

Staff was wonderful, kind, genuine, helpful and positive!

My bathroom light clonked out before dark. I didn’t bother the staff that night as I was only there one night. They were deeply and authentically apologetic in the morning. I just moved a lamp into the bathroom.
