Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Romeoville - Bolingbrook

This is one of the worst motels we have stayed at in a long time. The check in went fine, very quick. We were given a room on the first floor which was fine. However, we were not told that there was a room across from us with two large dogs (who yes, you guessed barked several times). No questions were asked about pet allergies. Then, the room next to us had a family with several children who apparently invited family with several children then left them all there. For two hours they raced up and down the hall yelling screaming and trailing pool water as well as slamming the door. No one checked on the noise even though the pool was visible from the front desk. The room had a chair with numerous stains on the chair, a couch that was sagging and had a hole in front. The carpet was so dirty I decided to wear socks--mistake--they were white and by the end of the evening the soles were almost black. While taking a shower I happened to look up and there were mold spots all over the wall from the shower to ceiling. The shower faucet had never had water spots cleaned off, it was spotted with water marks on all fixtures. I cleaned black something off of the door frame and then decided to just leave the nasty stains on the back of the door. Cold, fake eggs in the morning. The bed was so hard that sleeping on a board would have probably been softer. So thankful to leave this motel.

Reception was great, Room was clean, Pool was warm and inviting, Breakfast was excellent. Overall 100% value for money.

Breakfast was nice and full at all times. The lady was very polite and helpful.

Little noise by the highway, but it was too bad.

Friendly staff. Bed was way too firm. Dirty carpet. Room could use overall updates.

We have stayed at this hotel in October for the last couple years. The staff are helpful and friendly. The property is up-to-date, clean, and well maintain. We enjoy the complementary hot breakfast. I am sure we will stay there again.

The whole place had a bad smell as if the carpet needed to be pulled out and replaced

Everything was great about this place! The workers were unbelievable, the breakfast was A1 the amenities were clean and safe! The pool was available and clean even though but I did see people inside! I say all of that just to say this was a great stay for me
