"Excellent"

Location was good. Room was clean and had no smell. Some places smell of old smoke or animals and then they try to cover it up with room deodoriser but this wasn't, it didn't have any odor. This is great for those who are sensitive to that stuff. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. I stayed in the middle of May and so they didn't have breakfast so that was kind of a bummer but it's located in walking distance to a great little cafe up the road. Staff was pleasant.

A heads up on being trapped in the parking lot for the marathon for most of the day Saturday, would have been nice. The rest of the experience was great.
