"Uncomfortable bed, tired and shabby property."

Clean and functional but barely. The bed was worn out, saggy but hard. Room was clean but stained carpets and curtains just felt shabby. The franchisee or whomever owns this property needs to invest. Breakfast was inedible and pointless. The property itself is tired and dated. Rooms are gloomy. WiFi was pay only for anything beyond dial up. In 2026. Surreal. Won’t make this mistake again.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member. Embassy Suites are our favourite brand. This one was among the best that we have stayed at. Nice greeting at check-in, clean, comfortable and quiet room, good breakfast. Can’t fault the place.

"Hilton Stay in California"

This Hilton location is gorgeous! The staff has been wonderful! Katrina checked me in and was very informative and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast selection is exceptional. One of my favorite encounters was meeting Arya. He was very pleasant and introduced me to some wonderful Hilton travel packages! Thank you Hilton for an enjoyable, relaxing, and refreshing experience!

"Hospitality at it’s excellence"

Everything was excellent. Breakfast was high end restaurant quality and all the amenities were perfect. Staff was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Staff also got everything done in a fast and excellent manor. I definitely recommend staying here

"A Wonderful Stay From Start to Finish"

I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Special shout out to Arya for taking such great care of us during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we really enjoyed both the breakfast and the happy hour. I would absolutely stay here again and would gladly recommend it to others.

"Perfect disney trip"
