"Was a good stay and good value cost wise"

Central location,easy check in, king size bed room was good size for the price and being in San Francisco, bed was extremely comfortable.

Only one elevator was working and it was slow

"Amarion-Fantastic Manager!!"

My daughter and I were in town for a fun weekend. Amarion was the manager on duty during our arrival, and he was amazing. Polite, attentive, and helpful. We visit the city a few times a year, and this was our first time at The Barnes. Perfect location, perfect room, and we were well taken care of by Amarion. Don’t change a thing. We will be back!

"It was ok for a night but it’s old and some things didn’t work."

Property was nice the employees were very nice was great walking distance from many things in union square

My room was supposed to have a mini fridge it did not. My shower handle popped off and the toilet was clogged without using it.

"Service excellent"

We had a great stay! It’s right in the middle of the union market area with tons of stuff to do and it’s easy to get around. Train stops are really close as well. Great value. But. Most of all we had excellent service. Amarion at the front desk helped me out multiple times through the stay. Can’t say enough good things about him and his team!

Front desk ladies Carmen and Marian made our stay the best ! Check in was easy, workers are nice and amazing, the rooms are small but more than enough for 2 ! Services were also above and beyond
