Location is superb in downtown. Complimentary breakfast is rather good using US standards.

Rooms could use some refreshment. If you get a room facing Bush street, all the noise from the street is loud and clear. There is no such thing as soundproofing in this building. Please note that there was no cleaning at all during 4 nights stay. It was probably mentioned somewhere but I didn't notice it.

Good hotel for a short stay in San Francisco. The location is convenient and everything was fine during our visit. However, if I return to the city, I would probably choose a hotel outside Union Square, as the area feels a bit too crowded for my taste.
