I was little reluctant about my choice unseen and just going by other reviews, BUT it was so much better than I expected. The lobby was very welcoming with several seating options by a fireplace. Cold water with orange slices was refreshing. Very friendly staff. I met front desk host, Punya, first upon check-in. He was great and very helpful. He made me feel comfortable about going about town by myself. China Town dragon gate about a block and a half walk away. He recommended Roxanne café which was delicious within several steps walk away on the corner. While there I noticed the cable car stops on the very same corner. Punya always asked about my day! Breakfast was beyond my expectations. A different selection the three days I was there. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bread to toast, cereal, juices, coffee. My room was spacious and clean. Loved the bed on pedestals and very comfy. Refrigerator , coffee, TV with local and streaming channels. Bay windows that overlooked bush street. I loved the lemon herb smelling body and hand wash. The room smelled fresh. I noticed disposable ear plugs in one of the drawers but I never needed them. I liked the history of the hotel winery. This hotel is conveniently located near a lot of asian eateries ... great Ramen options.

They over charge me without my authorization, after taking the money , they said its for security reasons and we will return the money back after 1 week. WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION FROM MY SIDE
