Property is located in downtown Hyannis and is very convient. Close to many resturants and stores. However some strange noises in back alley road. Overall a good place.

It was clean and centrally located. We were able to walk lots of places which was nice.

The air conditioning in the room wasn’t quite powerful enough for the heat wave.

Surroundings and decor - could use a facelift. Better/stronger AC. Linens and curtains should be replaced.

"one night for concert"

We have been here before for a concert at the Melody Tent. Check in is quick and easy, Owner is right at the front desk and a great guy. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on Main St within walking distance of many great restaurants. Also connected to the Duck Inn bar. You can come back from the concert have a drink ( reasonable prices ) and walk back to your room. Great!!
