Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

I’ve stayed here several times and have always found the service excellent and the rooms comfortable. However, there’s a recurring issue that raises both ethical and operational concerns. As a Titanium Elite member, I’ve been charged for valet parking three separate times despite not having a car during any of those stays. Each time, it’s taken hours to resolve — with the front desk and valet teams passing responsibility back and forth, and no one able to explain the root cause. While mistakes can happen, this has now occurred three stays in a row, which makes me wonder how many other guests may be unknowingly overcharged. I truly hope management investigates and corrects this issue, as it’s disappointing to experience this at an otherwise great property.

Great stay. Chris was great with the valet and helped me load my suitcase in the car when I left. All the staff is great. Room was also very nice and clean with plenty of towels.

Location to the law school

I arrived after 7:00 pm and asked for a late check out at 2:00 for a meeting and was told no bc there was a big crowd coming the next day….there wasn’t a crowd at all and it didn’t matter that it was my birthday or that I’m a long term Marriott member. $50 over night parking, the QR code and app for room service didn’t work.

disappointed we weren’t able to get a room until 5:03pm, when check in was at 4:00pm. Being told we could be put on a wait list? When I made the reservation over 4 months ago? valet is basically your only way to park, unless you feel comfortable parking your car in the street.

It was very clean, modern, and staff was friendly. The gym had great equipment for a hotel gym which was a nice feature. All of the valet workers were very helpful and kind!

Our valet, Chris, was particularly good. He was courteous, articulate, and clean-cut; the kind of young man you would want handling your car.

I stayed here while in town for a conference. My room was recently renovated and super clean. The bed was comfy and I slept well both nights. The staff was friendly, right down to a maintenance man who was kind enough to help me find my room in the other tower.

I had a friend of mine in town at the Sheraton in downtown Fort Worth that I drove down to meet up with. There’s not a lot of places to park and Josh at the valet station really took care of me. When I first got there and wasn’t sure what our plans were going to be, he let me park my car temporarily in front of the hotel (holding my keys in case he needed them). Then when we returned to eat at the restaurant I. The Sheraton, he made sure I knew that the restaurant would validate my parking. Anyway it was just very helpful and made my visit to the Sheraton excellent. Thank you Josh!, great jib!!

Our stay was very good. Since the moment we were greeted we knew everything would be good! All staff was friendly and the room was in great condition.
