Hauser Hotel St. Moritz

The quality and location of the Hotel, and the friendliness and professionalism of most staff.

Our dinner experience in the restaurant was marred by a lack of quality of the food and service. The waitress appeared to have had a charisma bypass.

Michaela on reception was very helpful, gave over all information we needed for our stay accommodated us with a birthday cake for my son in the room and other cakes as a good will gesture. A lovely greeting. Showed us a map of the area with things to do and see. Had a lovely meal outside in the evening. Room was lovely clean and spacious. The shower wasn’t great water went all over bathroom floor and the drainage from shower was so slow. Everything else was clean and tidy.

Great accommodation in central position; friendly and helpful staff; excellent restaurant; great breakfast; comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Spacious, bright room with a great view. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a lifesaver, especially since the hotel is up on the hill and a bit far from the station. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is super complete—tons of options, including eggs, house-made pastries, juices, and yogurt with local ingredients."

One small suggestion: it would be nice if they could provide hair conditioner in the bathroom amenities.

Phenomenal staff and excellent location. The breakfast was good and bed comfortable.

The amenities were okay - it felt like a hostel. The towels got the job done and there was no air conditioning. The carpet is good for snowy conditions and not very plush.

I can not praise this property enough! Amazing location, amazing cleanliness. They provide all the facilities you might need, ie lift from/to the station or discounted ski pass. Breakfast was delicious and definitely high quality. The restaurant of the hotel is also a very good choice when you just want to go downstairs and enjoy a delicious dinner. I specifically want to give my thanks to all the very welcoming and kind staff ! They made our stay excellent. Hope to get the chance to stay there again in the future. Do not hesitate to book if you intend to visit St Moritz!

The only negative comment I could make is the pillows ! Extremely soft and almost melting, even disappearing pillows.
