NH Sintra Centro

The room was very spacious, which made our stay extremely comfortable. We were traveling with two dogs, and when we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had prepared two dog beds and two water bowls for them. It was a thoughtful touch that made us and our pets feel very welcome. The hotel also provides secure indoor parking, which is very important because it is located in the city center, where parking spaces are limited. The combination of excellent pet-friendly amenities, a large room, and convenient parking made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The staff is very nice, location is quite central, and the rooms felt clean.

The building is old and with outdated design. I was expecting a more modern look on NH hotel. Also the available amenities in the rooms was almost nothing. There is no water heater and not much hygiene products.

The staff at the reception was super friendly and efficient. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good and the service outstanding. Also the breakfast buffet was pleasant.

The bed was awful. We barely got any sleep mainly due to the inflated (fat pillows). We literally had to roll up some of our clothing and put it in a pillow cover in order to have some comfort. But unfortunately it did not end there as we both had a major backache the next morning. As a minor issue the bathroom had issues (e.g. hitting the shower glass while sitting on the toilet, and no bidet, water all over the floor when taking a shower, top shower head not working and finally a dirty door where you close it - I made sure to clean and disinfect it for the next guest)
