Cool property

The hotel was quaint with a gorgeous and charming old decor. I could honestly visit the common areas every day and be ecstatic! Roxie at the front desk was particularly helpful - we forgot something in our room so she boxed it up and mailed it to us. The housekeeping staff was helpful as well (they found my lost item)! The only negative is our room was outdated and worn - could use a refresh. The beds were old and not very comfortable (we almost expected to feel the springs through the mattress), the sink in our bathroom was slow to drain, and everything was generally worn and aged. We love the property and hope to visit again!

热水放很久才出水，水量太小 空调太吵，像汽车一直在发动，无法忍受 卫生也不是每天打扫，还需要客人提前预约

Nice location, easy access and close to where I was going to be.

Unique looking hotel located in a very nice area. Very close to the park. Nice decoration, but the standard rooms are illuminated by mostly white light, which makes things look cheap. No minibar in the standard room. Fan was too noisy, and some of the towels had stains. There is a lot of carpet smell in the room.

It was nice but the room could use some updates and the bathroom set up was not good, had a glass panel on the door , so couldn't leave light on at night. The beds were ok but more like doubles than queens. Kind of felt like I was staying at an older persons house.The breakfast wasn't that great., had quite a few pastries but eggs were cold.The pool was nice and the staff was freindly.Wallpaper was peeling in bathroom and some outlets didn't work.

This was such a nice hotel for a family trip. Pool was a great temp and there were pool toys available. Free breakfast was good. The literary theme was unique and fun. We would definitely go back!

We always stay at the Cheshire on our cross-country road trips. It's perfect for families and it's pet friendly. We appreciate its proximity to the zoo and the park and that it's clean, has character ( the rooms are named after different authors), and has good food options. We love that the breakfast on site includes fresh fruit options. But most of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I left clothing behind on our trip recently and they went out of their way to look for it and mail it to me! A special thank you to Roxie! Hotel sporco ,sia nelle aree comuni sia la stanza,in più nessuno ci ha detto al momento del check in che dovevamo chiedere il rifacimento della stanza,e la sostituzione è degli asciugamani,viene fatto su prenotazione,assurdo in un hotel che dice di avere 4 stelle
