My room was filthy, dusty, food on the floor. Bed was dirty. Lighting very poor, no sockets near the bed . Dripping water all night long. Very poor this time round

Food quality, accommodation was nice and staff helpful.

Parking was a pain and when it got down to the last room the price nearly doubled. One of our party then ended up having to travel through the night rather than pay double.

Dinner menu was substantial and pretty good value, especially with current offers on! Breakfast only had once but was acceptable but insufficient choices or extra sausage capability etc. No vault of working staff, but staffing levels extremely poor, not enough staff, self and various others waiting exceptional long time to be seated to table and for drinks...some walked out

rooms di not have biscuits/complimentary water . tv's difficult to use

Lovely location, friendly staff and great choice of food.

Being in room 5 - the noise from the fan, cooling system, heating boiler (not sure what) was very annoying and made it a problem to relax / sleep.

Breakfast, room had a bath and view.

Extracter fan very noisey special when you need to use the bathroom in the night. Bedside lights not working .
