Friendly easy check in & overall great experience

Great location, close to center of city. Nice lobby, bar and restaurants. Clean updated room but very small. No where to put luggage except on window sill. Glass bathroom with no privacy! No where in bathroom to put toiletries or to hang towels or clothes. Nowhere to sit in the room except on the bed.

Outstanding location , top class staff . Comfortable bedroom.

The Europa is a beautiful hotel. Convenient to a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing hotel and city

We only stayed the one night but it was to a high standard and would definitely stay again next time we visit Belfast. The concierge were particularly helpful organising tickets for the sightseeing bus etc.

Initial impressions were good with check-in but went downhill from there. The room we had was a “superior” upgrade but we have never stayed in a 4 star hotel that did not have a fridge in the room. We tried to ring down to get an ice bucket but there was no guest services booklet in the room to find out the number for reception, or any other information such as check out times. Glasses and crockery had an “eggy” smell. Bar service was poor even though we were the only ones at the bar with staff more interested in chatting to each other. When we were eventually served we felt more like an inconvenience. Glass door to bathroom was not clean and bath plug did not work. Overall a basic room and not fitting of 4 stars with only redeeming factor being the comfortable bed. Breakfast was poor value at £18 per person. A disappointing stay.

Hotel executive room good but bathroom very tired and in need of refurbishment. Things need fixing! Breakfast at £17pp expensive considering very poor selections available in pastry section and totally useless toasters!

Beautiful hotel excellent location extremely confounded with amazing pillows
