Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine - Lexington near I-81 and I-64

Clean and spacious.

Not much in the area. Limited eating options. We drove to Lexington to eat and hang out.

Location was great

The room heat smelled horrible

Close to interstate and the event we were attending

Bed wasn't that comfortable

FINALLY FOUND A HOTEL THAT WAS SO QUIET i ACTUALLY GOT A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP. ROOM WAS CLEAN STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. I WOULD DEFINATELY STAY AGAIN IF I EVER GO BACK TO VIRGINIA

Traveling cross country. Worst stay so far. Mattress was broken with springs poking out. Dogs were barking in neighboring rooms starting at 7:30 am. Barking continued off and on for over an hour with nothing done about it by hotel staff. A dog was walking the hallways off leash when we were checking out. If you travel with a dog that you refuse to leash and that barks all day and you don’t care about anyone other than yourself then this is the hotel for you.

The first front staff person I met was friendly and the housekeeping staff was nice but the kitchen staff were slow and not maintaining the area.

It was an event weekend in Staunton that I was unaware of, so inflated prices. It would have been worth the normal price but the inflated price was not worth it. The breakfast was not very good the first day and worse the second, so skipped after that. The first day the attendant took the milk to refill as I was dispensing cereal and didn't come back with it for about 10 minutes. The second day while it was later in the availability period, there were no napkins, no forks, no yoghurt, no milk, the sausage and eggs were cold, no juice. The room was fine and it was quiet but I wouldn't come back except in a necessity.
