Comfort Inn & Suites Raphine - Lexington near I-81 and I-64

Upon checking in, we were charged three times for a room. Guy didn’t have much personality. Brenda was at the front desk the next day and was amazing.

Clean and quiet, despite being located near a truck stop just off he interstate. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and fairly large.

The sink and mirror were in the same room as the toilet and shower, therefore preventing one person from using the mirror and sind while the other used the toilet or shower.

Was a good location for what was needed.

Construction going on, a bad smell on the floor I was on in the hallway , was supposed to be a 2 queen bed room and was given a king, wondering how this can be compensated on the price .

Had trouble with getting into my room every night. Found out one of the staff were going into my room when I wasn’t there. My things were moved around and my Do not disturb sign I left on the outside the whole time was laying on the bed when I came back one night.

I've stayed here a number of times over the last 20 years and have always found it to be a clean, safe, and well maintained hotel. Easy parking, convenient to both fast food and traditional dine-in restaurants on the same I-81 Interstate Exit.

Better quality than other motels.

Breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable. Pet friendly!!

There was trash, an old piece of fried chicken, a used straw, and a partially used pack of cigarettes under the bed. The bathroom smelled of smoke. The sink basin was cracked.
