Excellent location and a nice hotel, the rooms are modern, clean, and well-maintained.

My room had no outside-facing window and no proper ventilation, which made it feel quite claustrophobic. The biggest issue, however, was that the air conditioning could only be controlled by reception and not from the room itself. During the night, the room became extremely hot, and when I tried contacting reception at around 4 a.m., nobody answered, leaving me unable to adjust the temperature. This had a significant impact on my comfort and sleep quality.

Excellent hotel, located perfectly at the very centre of Atlixco. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
