Room was nice and clean

Our room wasn’t ready when was check in time. We paid for king size bed and we got two separate smaller beds.

Location

Very old rooms, AC was not working at all. The temperature inside the room in the middle of June was consistently 80°F. Warm air was coming from the AC even though I set the thermostat at 68°F. Did not complain because I was there only for the night, so didn't want to go through the trouble of moving from room to room. From toiletries, only 1 small bar of soap was provided. Wall paper was torn and badly fixed in several places.

Location was good . Rooms were clean and good for a family of 4

It was slightly over priced . But location was good and comfortable

The staff was nice. The lobby was lovely. The parking was decent.

The room was dingy with stains on the walls, lamps were from 1980ish and were falling apart. The bulbs were terrible (old school LED - like first generation). The charging outlets didn't work. We checked in as a party of 3 for 2 nights. We received 2 sets of towels. The second day they took the wash cloths but never replaced them with clean ones. But the biggest 2 complaints we have was there was NO A/C in the building for a good part of the afternoon and night on a day that reached 97. Saturday night on floor 6 there had to have been a stag party or maybe prom? A bunch of people (mostly men) talking and carrying on from about 2am - 4am.
