La prenotazione era stata fatta per una camera di superficie 520mq, con indicazione della presenza di una cucina e tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. All'arrivo per i 4 dipendenti sono state date due stanzette con un bagno al loro interno e non hanno mai avuto accesso alla cucina e alla strumentazione indicata in prenotazione. Quando è stato chiesto alla proprietaria ci ha riferito che in quel periodo non era utilizzabile quella zona, la domanda che sorge spontanea è: perchè tenere disponibile sul sito una soluzione non utilizzabile?

Servizio inesistente. Dopo la prenotazione nessuno si è curato di darci le informazioni che servivano per fare check in e accedere alla struttura. Nemmeno Booking è stata in grado di contattarli e quindi siamo stati rimborsati. Incredibile
