Quality Inn & Suites I-35 near Frost Bank Center

Breakfast was not great but adequate for the price I paid.

Checked in late after a long trip, and the front desk handled it seamlessly. The outdoor swimming pool was clean, although we did hear some noise from nearby rooms at night. Breakfast was decent. Overall, a pleasant visit, with a few little issues, but nothing major.

Clean, courteous service nice place and equally nice hosts.

Not much to like. Other than it was a place to sleep.

Staff was not helpful and acted as if I was a burden upon check in. Front desk lady would not tell me where my room was when I asked. Most of the lights did not work and there were multiple holes in the walls.

The room was large.

The outside door that led you into the building wasn't working.So anybody could come in When we first got in there , it was smelling really musty There was still some trash lift in one of the trash can For breakfast, it was okay coffee machine on both days was not working correctly. I even heard one of the other visitors telling the clerk.Tell the owner to buy a new coffee machine. Nobody was really cleaning up or refiling the food we had to keep getting up and going to the front desk and waiting for the Receptionist or the front desk clerk to come back and fix whatever issues we had with the breakfast if I had known we could hear the train at night, I wouldn't have booked there. There was a light in the room if we turned it on.It kept flickering off and on , so of course , once we saw that we never turned it back on , we were scared , it would Short out

It was dirty and the staff wasn’t helpful. I had an emergency and left a day early and didn’t receive at least a prorated return payment.
