Comfort Inn & Suites Statesville - Mooresville

I did not like the fact that I constantly had to be looking out for roaches. Also the breacfast area could do with some labeling of the food.

The property was fairly quiet, but did not look anything like the advertised property, the linens were worn and wrinkled, the breakfast was fine, just wasn’t what we expected from the property that was advertised. Carpets were dingy, shower was just ok.

The only complaint I have was the breakfast. it was cold. The coffee was not strong.

The room they gave us needs updating. The carpet needs cleaned or replaced, chips of wood missing on dresser, stains on couch, bathtub stained inside and out. Can’t tell you about food. We didn’t stay to eat

Room very comfortable. Beds comfortable Needs new shower curtain and window drapes Both were ripped. Needs to replace clouded window

Was ok not super clean nor dirty. Smells musty and hall like weed it was ok for 1 night. Staff was wonderful

Air conditioner did not work good

Room was degusting Cockroach, in bathroom ceiling is shower falling down water leaking in bathroom, dirty stained blinds in bedroom It was awful!!!!!

SAME AS ABOVE NOTHING TO LIKE HERE AT ALL IT WAS A DUMP

Perfect place to rest

Our room was fine but bathroom was really showing its age. We opted not to use the shower. Breakfast was better than expected and the fitness room was surprisingly good. The hotel could use a facelift/renovation but overall it's fine for just passing through.
