"I wanted zen, peace and room service for my birthday weekend… epic fail. The only way I weird ever stay there is if some"

I like the location and the art.

The shower head had thick water buildup, the bathtub had dried up spit in it, I attempted to order room service for breakfast and lunch but didn’t receive a call back. Had a long wait in the restaurant for dinner. I asked the cleaning ladies personally to service my room at noon and I had to go to the front desk at 430 to have them send them because they had skipped over my room. When they did clean it they were slamming stuff around and did it with an attitude. Horrible birthday weekend.

"BEWARE!!! Do not stay here!"

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! An absolute nightmare of stolen luggage. Our luggage was handed to a stranger by their personal luggage attendant, despite him recognizing us. As soon as we walked up he said “a man picked up your luggage 30 minutes ago” despite the man having no luggage tag or number to be given our luggage. The staff had no sense of urgency and said we should call the cops. How does our luggage get stolen from their personal luggage room by their personal luggage attendant handing it away without properly checking and they take zero accountability? By the end it’s honestly started to feel like an inside job given the amount they knew about this “stranger” and the frequency things this appears to happen on their property. the story is very long and gets sketchier by the detail but the important part is the result which is that it has been pulling teeth to resolve the matter and Kris, their ‘Director of Rooms’, has been truly condescending and essentially useless. They said all they can do is submit an insurance claim and leave it between us and the insurance company.. shouldn’t they be the client in this claim? According to their reviews this is a semi-regular occurrence. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE but here.
