1. The place is walking distance from the Noryangjin station, bus stops, restaurants, cafes, and CU convenience store 2. It has elevator, kitchen, lounge room, two showers with shampoo and body wash, and comfortable room and bed 3. Fast wifi, with locked locker, tissue, and towels, fridge, charging stations, and curtain for the beds 4. The landlord was nice, and his wife also spoke very good english

I don't think this was the hostel's fault, but the bath room's drainage got clogged because of too many hairs from the guests and the water spilled into our rooms. Also the Chinese guests were so noisy even after midnight

The owner was very accommodating. He allowed early check-in for us. We were also able to do laundry. The staff was also courteous and helpful. The location was great -- walking distance to the train station.

Everything Hospitality

We had a wonderful stay at The Core Albergue. The accommodations are humble and simple, but exactly what we needed: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into the place, and the location is excellent, especially for the price, making it a fantastic option for travellers on a budget. The owners and staff are incredibly sweet and welcoming and truly go out of their way to help. Whenever we had questions, they were happy to assist, and on several occasions they even surprised us with fruit or small sweets, which made us feel genuinely cared for. They are such lovely, thoughtful hosts. The area around the albergue is quiet, safe, and lovely, with no sense of over-tourism at all. There are plenty of delicious places to eat nearby, as well as supermarkets and convenience stores, so everything we needed was close at hand. The Metro Line 9 is also conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. On New Year’s morning, we went to a nearby park to watch the first sunrise of the year and found ourselves surrounded by about a hundred local neighbours. It was a beautiful moment that made us feel like part of the community. Overall, a calm, welcoming, and affordable place to stay, and one we would happily recommend.

So sad we had to leave. We would live here forever if we could.

よくない点はなくて、土地勘がなかったので、夜遅くに到着したので、道に迷ったことでしょうか。

1) The air conditioner hangs above the bed, but it can be adjusted so that it does not blow downwards. 2) There is a mosquito net on the window.

1) The TV screen is covered in stains. Apparently, people eat at the table, and the splashes fly towards the TV. Therefore, this TV needs to be mounted on the wall as high as possible. 2) There are a lot of tangled wires on the table. I had to unwind them a bit to get the router to work. The routers are also dirty. It's best to put the wires and routers on the top shelf. 3) There are hairs on the floor in the room. It looks like the floor wasn't washed or even vacuumed before my arrival. 4) Food stains on the table and cabinet. 5) Stains on the chair fabric. It's better to replace it with a stool. The armrests are unnecessary — they knock against the table. 6) Some hairs were found in the towels. 7) The sink and toilet are clean, but there are stains on the glass surfaces in the bathroom. This is unpleasant. 8) A soap dispenser in the bathroom would be more convenient. 9) I found umbrellas on the ground floor. This is convenient, but some umbrellas have sticky handles.
