가격대비 숙소/위치/위생 등은 만족합니다. 직원분도 친절했습니다.

출발 전, 숙박 후 각각 문의사항이 있어 부킹닷컴 플랫폼을 통하여 연락을 했으나 아무런 응답이 없습니다. 체크인 시 결제에 문제가 있었고, 세금을 포함한 부킹닷컴이 제시한 금액을 기본 금액으로 두고 세금을 다시 청구했습니다. 체크인 과정에서 문제를 제기했지만 잘못된 의사소통으로 해결되지 않았고, 이후 다시 문제를 제기했지만 답변받지 못했습니다. 부킹닷컴의 답변은 "숙소측에서 부킹닷컴의 오류라 설명했고 초과 결제된 것은 환불할 수 없음을 알려왔다" 입니다. 이후 부킹닷컴을 통하여 초과결제는 환불 받았습니다. 누구 잘못이든, 중간과정에 소통이 원만하지 않았습니다. 문의에 빠른 답변만 해 줬으면 숙소에 대한 아쉬움은 없었을 것입니다.

The location is great for visiting Petrified Forest.

It is on a street with many motels. We had some sketchy neighbors in the motel across the parking lot from us.
