The staff was friendly but the building is older and could use some work. Our tv did not work and we were given a new remote and it still did not work. Beds were clean and comfortable.

Everything was excellent on my stay except for 1 thing. Whenever I stay at any hotel I like to enjoy a pancake or waffle at breakfast. I was surprised that the pancake maker was out of order. I think it had been out of order for some time. I was at a family reunion this year and will be going next year. Holiday inn is generally very good but I was disappointed in the breakfast. More than likely I will look for a different place next year. Sorry for the complaint!
