La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Indianapolis Downtown

There was no hand soap or tissues in the room.

We loved the location. It was a short walk to Gainbridge Stadium for the Pacers game.

The parking was a little tricky but it was free.

Location was great.

Room was a bit small otherwise it was ok

Location to Lucas oil stadium was good

Run down dirty trash everywhere

Room was nice and clean!

Elevator was very old and after one trip we took the stairs. Hall ways could use updating new carpet and paint.

Staff was very nice

Extremely limited parking. The parking garage is not made for large SUVs. There is homeless camping out in the parking garage. The parking garage is very gross. The Floor had standing water on it.

Clean. Close to Lucas oil stadium. Breakfast food that was avaliable was good.

My room had no hot water in shower. Elevator Fit 3 ppl with luggage. No pool. Ran out of milk at breakfast. Poor customer service when I tried to call them prior to arrival with questions. No signage to let us know there was a lower level parking garage so we pd for outside parking. They didn't offer to reimburse for that. We got a shoulder shrug.

They’ve charged me twice and I’ve been waiting 4 days for a manager to call me to fix this. The beds are not queen size. It was a scary hotel. The elevator old and don’t tell you the floor. My family was scared. The door to our room was hard to open and close. Had to park next door. No help from the staff. Definitely over paid. Was a lady in front of me with same issues. Everyone is talked to was freaked out about this hotel. It didn’t smell good and I’m still waiting to talk to a manager to get my money
