The staff at check out, couldn’t answer questions about additional pending charges, was very defensive and dismissive, had AirPods in and was generally unprofessional and unhelpful.

Parking should be free, more options for breakfast and better coffee. More power in the shower.

had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. They charged an unknown amount of $131.10 to my debit card without proper explanation. I have already contacted the hotel multiple times, but there has been no response or action taken. Even Booking.com has been unable to resolve this issue, which makes the situation even more frustrating. It feels like the hotel is ignoring customer concerns and not taking responsibility. I would not recommend staying here due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service.

Who came up with the genious idea to create rooms with the door to the room next to it INSIDE of the room? I could hear EVERYTHING my “neighbours” were saying and doing, waking up in the middle of the night from their moans. I did not pay $100 a night for having roommates. Not to mention noise cancelation in general is shitty but this is the next level. Came down to reception and said hi to the elderly staff member- silence in return. Breakfast is not good at all, there is variety but the flavor and quality is just not good. What can one expect from Colorado though… The hotel is old and tired, it needs renovation. The only good thing is the location.
