"Complete Bullshit"

Trmendously Disappointed

Booked a room online. Got to the hotel at 3am after driving for 13 hrs. The office doors were locked. The office lights were off. There was a sign in window that said they were booked if any problems call this number. I called it and no one answered.

I stay here often for work. My room is always clean and comfortable. It’s close to my workplace fingerprint and they always give me a first floor room if they are able since that is my preference.

Not a problem with the property, but the traffic in that entire area is terrible sometimes.
