Econo Lodge Roanoke Civic Center

The attendants were welcoming on check in. Room was clean and seemed updated. They accepted my dogs.

The location would have been great for the convention center, but arriving at 8 pm the area seemed sketchy. I hate additional fees per pet hotels charge.

The beds were comfortable and we slept really well on them. We had to check in pretty late at night and the staff was so friendly. The morning staff was so nice too! Really appreciated that!

The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. It made my daughter upset because she has a really sensitive sense of smell.

The room was very clean and neat. The fridge was larger than most and everything worked. The bed sheets were very soft and very comfortable.

Something that they can't really do anything about. The traffic noise in the early morning was rather loud. The price you pay to be near the road. The desk chair and table chairs were kind of stiff.
