Orçın Apartments

Calm area, very friendly staff, breakfast served (was included in the price of my room). I could park my motorcycle inside the gate too. Spacious room for a solo person

Little things would need some maintenance in the room, nothing out of the ordinary

The property was easy to find and had clear signage and there was plenty of parking. It was located a short walk from the sea front and restaurants and a small supermarket and a general grocery shop were very close. The building was built around an inner courtyard which was landscaped and was really calm and pretty. The check in was simple and quick and we were shown to our apartment on the 2nd floor by our host who explained about breakfast which I can’t comment on as we don’t eat breakfast. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed although it reminded me a little of student accommodation as it was quite basic with no pictures, rugs, bedside lamps or decorations usually found in apart/hotels. It did however, have the best equipped kitchen (Turkish style) that I have seen in a long time which contained a very large fridge with freezer. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean as were the towels. Hand soap was supplied in the bathroom and slippers were available. The TV worked extremely well. Although there was no air conditioning this wasn’t a problem as the area is quite breezy and mosquito nets had been fitted allowing the windows to be opened for a through draught.

The water pressure in the shower was really low when we were there. This may be something outwith our host’s control but it meant I couldn’t shower as lifting the shower head above knee level caused the water pressure to reduce further.
