Itnwas in a nice area, quiet, rooms were clean.

The tv remote did not work, the ice machine was out of order, the free continental breakfast they provided was only banana's, granola bars, watered down orange juice and really bad tasting coffee!

Well, at least the bed was comfortable and the room was clean However When we arrived off our flight approx 11pm we were advised our room had been double booked as it was done by a travel agent (nearly 12 months ago) so someone else had our room! travelling as a family of 4 we were advised we’d be split up. 2 in 2 rooms. One room available upstairs and one down stairs. Not ideal. Or, separate rooms one night and all together the next . . Seriously! We’re only there 2 nights anyway, then all of a sudden a miracle! 2 rooms available next to each other. Still not what we booked but persevered Then the tv doesn’t work in one room. Advised them there’s sound and no picture. Told “press select on remote” told them 3 times we’ve done that. No offer to fix. No resolution, no solution and not rectified. If on a ground floor you will hear every footstep if the room above is occupied. Apart from that there’s no road noise if you’re set back from the street Breakfast! Yep, half a dozen muesli bars, fruit that was far from fresh and a dodgy looking coffee machine. Don’t bother with it Overall rating lucky to get 1 star. Deplorable actually

This location is very tight. There is no extra space. It is a good value for the price. If you want a cheep, basic, clean hotel in a good location, this is a good option.

Price/Quality was a very good match. The room was clean and every day new towels. Parking was perfect. Breakfast is a take a way formula. Coffee, juice, fruit and cereal. Owner was very friendly and solved the problem about the vending machine.

Not much parking and it’s SF so you have to pay for street parking if lot full. Uncomfortable beds and noisy all around. Not much sound proof in rooms so you can hear others conversations.

Stayed here for 1 night in May, and it was a great stay. Arrived late at night but check in was smooth, with comfortable beds. Room was clean with all facilities working, wasn’t huge but it didn’t need to bed for just sleeping in. Next to the bathroom there was a convenient unit to place belongings on to prevent room being cluttered. Breakfast was light options (banana/cereal bars). We were up early to be out for a tour so unfortunately weren’t there for breakfast times, however the man behind the desk kindly got us out somethings when we checked in the night before which we really appreciated. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces too. Would stay again!

Room was smaller than I anticipated for a 2 queen bed room, but overall it was a nice stay for 2 nights.
