The location was right next to the Metro Hub Trindade. From there it was easy to get to and from the airport and also go to the city. The hotel has a nice roof-top bar to enjoy the sunset. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The building outside is not beautiful and the view of the parking house across the street is also not beautiful. However this was a minor thing because we were exploring beautiful Porto and Douro valley and the sunny beach and therefore were not in the hotel during the day.

The location was decent.

We were traveling as a group, and the receptionist informed us that our rooms had been upgraded. However, my friends received the upgraded rooms, while mine was not. This created an expectation that was not met :(
