Everything the room was disgusting

Despite the claim not charged until arrival, hotel attempted to put a hold on my card which was refused. The hotel then proceeded to cancel my reservation. Two primary complaints, one, they attempted to charge for the room prior to my arrival against the stated policy of payment on arrival, and second, there was no attempt to inform me the reservation had been cancelled. I was offered a room approximately 17% above the reservation price. For Internet transactions I use a preload debit card. This experience, a hotel cancelling my reservation due to a hold refusal, was the first occurrence.

Hotel did not follow stated policy and took no action to inform customer of cancellation.

Literally mold everywhere especially the bathroom. Looks like base boards and showers have never been cleaned. Black and pink mold on the shower head. One filter missing from the air unit and is filthy. Pillows are horribly yellowing. I have no choice but to sleep here tonight and if i had my car here I'd choose my back seat over this place. ZERO STARS

The sheets seemed used or very very old. There were , bugs/roaches, bathroom was dirty, mold on the grout, cigarette burns in the cover.

The room was musty to be in. The door didn’t seal and therefore the AC had to be set low to keep the room somewhat dry.

I highly recommend this hotel. The manager, and staff were absolutely fabulous. The location is very convenient to many of the freeways in that area. The room itself was outstanding. It was big it was comfortable. I definitely recommend them.

The man that checked us in and out was very nice and helpful but the room was dirty, the shower was molded, it smelt bad, there was dirt under the sheets, it felt unsafe. We checked out the same night. Needs lots of work and improvements.
